Paul Reynolds

Paul joined Westwick in 2026, after sixteen years as chief executive of Thamesis, a UK single family office, where he remains a senior adviser. Before that he was a director at Sand Aire, a multi-family office, and spent ten years at Credit Suisse.

Running an office for one family means carrying all of it: the investment programme, the governance and the reporting, the relationships with the banks and managers around the family, and the succession questions when they arrive. Paul did that for sixteen years, accountable to the family rather than selling to it.

He has chaired Institutional Investor's European single family office events for more than a decade, and fifteen years ago he founded a members' club for family office executives that still meets.

At Westwick he takes the mandates where the question is the office itself: handovers between generations, making sure the office runs efficiently, and the investment questions an office has to answer for itself.

He works with families across the United Kingdom and Europe, and is based in London.
