II We execute, not only recommend The partner leading a mandate sits inside the work: governance, jurisdictions, negotiations, hiring, until the decision is implemented.

III A fixed fee not growing with the AuM We are paid a fixed fee for the work itself, never a share of what your family owns. No product commission, no assets under management, so our advice is never shaped by its own reward.
