Andy Wadley
Andy joined Westwick in 2025, resuming a partnership with Gilles that began in 2014 when they co-founded Triple AAA Trustee — an independent trustee firm for UK defined-benefit pension schemes. Triple AAA grew to oversee more than £6bn of pension assets for its beneficiaries and was sold to a strategic buyer in 2022.
Andy's discipline is trusteeship: the legal ownership and fiduciary stewardship of long-term assets held on behalf of beneficiaries. That practice translates directly into large parts of the family office world, where assets frequently sit inside trusts, Stiftungen or foundations and where the principal's intent needs to survive decades after the principal. Andy brings to Westwick rare fluency with trustee-held structures, a negotiator's patience, and the willingness to hold an unpopular decision when a contested situation demands it.
He works closely with the rest of the partnership on mandates that involve trustees, pension-style portfolios, and high-stakes stakeholder negotiation. He is based in London.
