Westwick Partners is the trading name of WMC Partners Ltd. This page sets out how the firm handles the information entrusted to it by the families and institutions it serves, and the principles that govern its work.

Confidentiality. Every mandate Westwick accepts is subject to strict confidentiality. We do not disclose the identity of our clients, nor the details of any mandate, except where required by law or with the client's explicit written consent.

Conflicts of interest. Westwick does not sell financial products and does not accept referral fees, retrocessions or success-based commissions from third parties. Where a potential conflict of interest arises in the course of a mandate, it is disclosed in writing to the client before any work continues.

Data protection. Personal data submitted through this website (for example via the contact form) is processed for the sole purpose of responding to the enquiry and is held on secure systems. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data subjects in the UK, the European Economic Area or the United States may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by writing to contact@westwick.org.uk.

Calculator statistics. When an estimate is run in our family office cost calculator, we record the figures entered, the result produced, and the country, region and city our hosting provider derives from the connection. The visitor's IP address is not stored: it is replaced by a one-way fingerprint, which lets us count distinct visitors and avoid counting the same estimate twice without holding the address itself. These records carry no name, email address or other identifying detail, are never used for marketing, and are deleted after twelve months. We do use them in aggregate to study how single family offices are staffed and what they cost, and we may publish those aggregate findings or share them with research partners. Nothing that identifies a single estimate, a visitor or a family is published or shared.

Cookies. This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function and, if the user consents, anonymised analytics cookies to help us understand how the site is used. No third-party marketing cookies are set.

Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
